Stop searching for receipts for your accountant.
Your financial documents already exist. Reveal helps your accountant find them, so you're not digging through email, downloading invoices or forwarding photos of receipts. Connect once, and you stay in control of what it can see.
Hours back, every month. Fewer “can you send me…” emails.
- Your accountant asks for a receipt
- You search your inbox
- You sign in to the supplier account
- You download the PDF
- You forward it
- Repeat next month
- Connect your email and supplier accounts, once
- Reveal keeps working
No app download, no account creation. Supplier portals may occasionally need you to complete a security step.
Read-only, and pointed at receipts.
Reveal looks for receipts and invoices that match transactions in your accounts and retrieves those documents. Your personal emails, conversations and drafts are not kept.
- Finds receipts and invoices
- Can't send, delete or change anything in your account
- Doesn't touch your contacts, drafts or calendar
- Skips sensitive topics and senders you choose, like test results or your solicitor
What happens to your passwords and permissions.
Can my accountant read my emails?
No.
Connecting an inbox to Reveal is not the same as giving your accountant your inbox. Reveal's software reads messages to recognise receipts and invoices. Your accountant sees only the financial documents Reveal retrieves, each with where it came from. There is no inbox for them to browse.
Permission you've probably given before.
Switch it off any time.
Straight from your Google or Microsoft account settings, or from the management link Reveal gives you. No email to send, no one to ask. The moment you disconnect, the access is gone.
