> Reveal production data, read once and read-only, all time to 2 October 2026. Test accounts excluded. Clients anonymised as Client A, Client B and Client C; no client, merchant, person, email or location names.

Scope: 681 bank transactions from 3 client businesses at 2 accounting practices. Every match was confirmed by a person; nothing was filed automatically. A small sample, not a benchmark.

## The chase list

- Needed a document: 642 lines, £111,880. Left to chase after Reveal: 515 lines, £49,323.
- The average line Reveal found was £493; the average line left was £96, and 386 of the 515 left are under £50.
- 32 of the lines left (£6,004) sit in supplier portals, which were not yet connected.
- Client A (May 2026 to Jul 2026): 136 lines, £25,304 → 109 lines, £11,069 left; all decided within 4 hours.
- Client B (May 2026 to Jul 2026): 389 lines, £21,825 → 341 lines, £12,884 left; all decided within 11 hours.
- Client C (Apr 2026 to Sept 2026): 117 lines, £64,751 → 65 lines, £25,370 left; all decided within 2.3 hours.

## What it won't find

- Small card spends whose receipts never reach an inbox (6.9% of lines under £10 were found), paper receipts, director's loans (no invoice exists), invoices sent to an unconnected mailbox, and invoices in supplier portals until they are connected.

## Key figures

- 55.9% of the spend that needed a document: £62,557 of £111,880. Including director's loans and duplicate lines, 47.1% of all £132,764 reviewed.
- 67.4% of transactions over £1,000 (31 of 46).
- Median 2.2 hours from statement import to a decision on each line; longest 4.6 hours.
- 141 documents retrieved: 62 invoice, 33 receipt/payment confirmation, 20 correspondence, 18 order confirmation, 6 contract/policy, 1 supplier statement, 1 unclassified.
- By count, 18.6% of transactions (127 of 681). 428 lines were under £50, together 5.2% of the money.
