The problem

## Modern bookkeeping software handles the numbers. It doesn't fetch missing paperwork.

Transactions still get:

**flagged** without a receipt

**coded incorrectly** without context

**chased manually** via email threads

**delayed** while waiting on clients to respond

**Reveal works with accounting and bookkeeping practices** to retrieve the documents that are already sitting in your clients' digital sources – automatically – so your team stops chasing and gets the evidence it needs to keep the books moving.

An accountant chases a client, Sam, for the receipt for a £288.65 Booker Wholesale payment: on day 1, day 14 and day 31, with no reply. Reveal searches Sam's connected mailbox read-only, ignores personal messages, finds Booker invoice 4471 and matches it to the bank line, which changes from "No receipt" to "Evidence found". Sam never had to reply.

Always working

## Your team clocks off. Reveal keeps working.

Evidence doesn't wait for somebody to open the accounting software. Neither does Reveal. It notices new evidence, retrieves it, reads it and links it to the money, so your team comes back to work that has already moved forward.

Supplier portals

## Your client shouldn't be the retrieval system.

Plenty of invoices never reach an inbox. They sit inside supplier accounts. Reveal connects to those accounts and retrieves the evidence itself.

Without Reveal

1. Accountant needs an invoice
2. Asks the client
3. Client remembers the login
4. Signs into the supplier account
5. Finds the invoice
6. Downloads the PDF
7. Uploads or forwards it

With Reveal

1. Supplier account connected, once
2. Reveal retrieves the evidence
3. It joins the financial story
4. Your team reviews if needed

The access boundary

## Your accountant sees documents, not inboxes.

Reveal has defined, read-only access to the sources a client approves. The practice receives the relevant financial evidence, each piece with where it came from. There is no inbox for them to browse.

- The provider's standard read-only permission. Reveal can't send, delete or change anything.
- Privacy controls keep sensitive topics and sender domains out of the evidence workflow.
- Disconnect any time, from Google or Microsoft settings or the management link.

For your clients

## Less chasing for you. Less admin for your client.

Your client connects the places their documents already live, once. Reveal finds what you need there, so you stop asking and they stop being asked.

They get their own page, written for them: what Reveal will and won't look at, and how to switch it off.

Where it fits

## Reveal doesn't replace your accounting stack. It connects the evidence to it.

Questions

Your client receives a unique private link. When they connect their email, Reveal scans for receipts, invoices, and any documents tied to unclear transactions — and surfaces them for your team automatically.

Yes. Dext and Hubdoc are built around documents being sent to them: the client photographs, forwards or uploads each one, and Dext can also fetch bills from its list of supported suppliers. Reveal retrieves documents that already exist in the client's inbox and supplier portals, without the client having to do anything after the initial connection.

Most evidence is retrieved within an hour once Reveal has the required access. Supplier portal retrieval may take longer when a client still needs to connect an account or complete a security step.

Start with one client. Connect their accounting data and approved document sources, then let Reveal retrieve the missing invoices and receipts for their transactions directly from the sources.

Just click a link and connect their email. That's it. No app, no login, no chasing them to do anything complex.

Yes. Reveal keeps retrieving and organising evidence across connected sources whether or not anyone is logged in, so your team returns to work that has already moved forward.

No. Reveal sits before and around the ledger. It retrieves and explains the evidence, then sends it into the accounting system you already use, such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent or Zoho.

Reveal is free for the first retrieval. After that it is £790 a year for up to 25 clients, or £1,490 a year for up to 75, at founding prices. Monthly billing is available too: £79 or £149 a month.

Start with the client who creates the most evidence chasing. Connect their accounting data and approved document sources, and Reveal searches the places their evidence already lives, instead of sending another request.
